LAUREN PALMER is the founder of Bloomsbury Organic Farm, just east of Franklin, Tennessee. With a vision for clean, holistic living, she has built a thriving community hub that includes a private pre-K through middle school, organic produce for local markets and grocers, and hands-on agricultural education programs. Her work centers on reconnecting families to the land, healthy food, and community values.
NORA ROEMER is a founder, strategic operator, and visionary leader in the wellness industry. As the driving force behind Fahrenheit Yoga, she has built a thriving, multi-entity brand that integrates community, disciplined systems, and long-term financial strategy.Her leadership is defined by clarity, courage, and a commitment to sustainable growth.
AUBREY O’LASKEY is the co-founder of Perenn, a growing hospitality company she runs with her husband, Tyler. What began in Reno as a small artisan bakery in 2018 has expanded into multiple bakery cafés, Perenn Grocery, Claio Rotisserie, and a café inside the Nevada Museum of Art, with continued growth across Nevada and Middle Tennessee. In 2025, they opened their first Tennessee location in Franklin, bringing their focus on naturally leavened breads, laminated pastries, European menu, and deeply human hospitality to a new community. Aubrey’s work centers on building places people want to return to daily, spaces rooted in craft, beauty, and a slower, more meaningful experience around food and hospitality.
